Hwy 49 North to Gold Flat Rd exit. Turn left on Gold Flat Rd. At the stop sign, turn right onto Zion St. Take the first left onto Providence Mine Road (the road sign is difficult to see).
Take the first left into Providence Park; 103 is located on the right hand side of the parking lot. Once you enter suite 104, you will notice a waiting room. There is no need to wait, please enter and then enter our office which is the second door on the right.
